Led design concepting and creation of the Nordstrom loyalty program’s beauty points multiplier promotion. This is a frequently-done promotion that is very important to business, so each time I’m challenged to keep it recognizable to loyal customers while creatively refreshing the look each season.
For the holiday iteration, I balanced three distinct brand identities—Nordy Club, beauty department, and the site-wide Holiday campaign—creating cohesive assets that seamlessly integrated across all channels while still commanding attention during the year’s most promo-heavy period.
